Substance use crisis in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC)

We are taking a community-engaged approach to co-developing a digital solution and decision support system addressing the youth substance use crisis in Aru, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). The project’s first phase includes understanding the current context by identifying:

  1. important individuals and groups in providing early intervention and basic training to at-risk youths and
  2. how different individuals and groups interact. This will help set the foundation for developing the digital solution.
